چکیده
Park green space (PGS) is an important part of urban ecosystem and infrastructure, the ease access to PGS closely related health residents. A growing number studies have attempted identify accessibility disparities, but results varied because travel mode choice measurement method. This study proposes a dynamic Huff two-step floating catchment area (H2SFCA) method based on map service API (Application Programming Interface) assess PGS, with Gini coefficient bivariate local Moran’s I used analyze equity. Results show that: (1) driving biking modes more significant spatiotemporal compression effects than modes, public transit, walking mode. (2) The values spatial patterns vary significantly by availability pattern at level uneven distribution regional level. In comparison for single are likely be overestimated or underestimated. (3) generally has better equity residents can select suitable tools acquire equitable park services. addition, there difference between driving-based transit-based in four subdistricts, which mainly located south Tianhe District. transport facilities linking parks these areas need optimized. further improves evaluation method, findings conducive implementation refined planning management.

An Enhanced Variable Two-Step Floating Catchment Area Method for Measuring Spatial Accessibility to Residential Care Facilities in Nanjing
Civil administration departments require reliable measures of accessibility so that residential care facility shortage areas can be accurately identified. Building on previous research, this paper proposes an enhanced variable two-step floating catchment area (EV2SFCA) method that determines facility catchment sizes by dynamically summing the population around the facility until the facility-to...

BACKGROUND Reducing spatial access disparities to healthcare services is a growing priority for healthcare planners especially among developed countries with aging populations. There is thus a pressing need to determine which populations do not enjoy access to healthcare, yet efforts to quantify such disparities in spatial accessibility have been hampered by a lack of satisfactory measurements ...
متن کاملAn enhanced two-step floating catchment area (E2SFCA) method for measuring spatial accessibility to primary care physicians.
This paper presents an enhancement of the two-step floating catchment area (2SFCA) method for measuring spatial accessibility, addressing the problem of uniform access within the catchment by applying weights to different travel time zones to account for distance decay. The enhancement is proved to be another special case of the gravity model. When applying this enhanced 2SFCA (E2SFCA) to measu...
متن کاملSpatial accessibility of primary health care utilising the two step floating catchment area method: an assessment of recent improvements
BACKGROUND The two step floating catchment area (2SFCA) method has emerged in the last decade as a key measure of spatial accessibility, particularly in its application to primary health care access. Many recent 'improvements' to the original 2SFCA method have been developed, which generally either account for distance-decay within a catchment or enable the usage of variable catchment sizes. Th...

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) has altered the healthcare landscape in the US. ACA mandated US residents to obtain health insurance. However, having insurance does not necessarily provide access to healthcare. These legislation changes made it imperative for researchers to explore into more detail the problem of healthcare accessibility. Recent advances in measuring healthcare accessibility have...
